Termidor is the solution to your termite problems. It is non-repellent to termites, which means the termites cannot detect the product and continue to rummage through the soil until they encounter the lethal barrier of Termidor.

Termidor and the Environment

Termidor has minimal impact on the environment (when applied according to the label directions). It is a water-based product that has no odour. Termidor is fully approved for use in domestic situations and has been assessed by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. It is an environmentally – friendly formula that does not leach through soils and is not damaging to soil micro-organisms, earthworms and plants. Termidor is one of the lowest doses of any termiticides available on the market today. Since 1996, it’s active ingredient has been registered in household pet products in Australia, which means your pets can still play in and dig up your yard.

Termidor controls termite populations more quickly than baiting systems. In comparison to other Termiticides, Termidor has consistently proven to control termites over a significantly longer period.

How does Termidor work?

It is essential that you use our licensed operator to ensure that the correct installation of Termidor occurs. Our licensed operator will apply Termidor as a continuous chemical soil barrier around and under the home and will ensure that the barrier is complete.

Termidor is extremely effective because it moves only a small distance away from the site of application before it binds tightly with the organic matter in the soil. As the termites randomly burrow into your soil they enter the Termidor treated site extraordinary transfer. However, termites that burrow to the outskirts of the treated area and continue to other termite sites may survive long enough to transfer enough Termidor to others in the colony. This means that Termidor provides a lethal barrier to your home or business and also presents a threat to surrounding termite colonies. That is, this extraordinary transfer effect can wipe out the entire termite colony.
